yeah, so im new to paintballing, and I upright got a spyder victor online for 50$, and it has a top cocking stud, and doesnt have some type of on switch.

It has a double trigger, but its generalized design makes it seem like it only shoots one at a time

Yep, it's semi only, one trigger pull asunder = one shot. No electronics. The double-trigger is somewhat pointless on it. However, there are some home mods you can do to cheer up & shorten the trigger pull so you'd be able to shoot a petty faster.
