how to change a paintball gun from bolt action to semi auto?

hey im a guy type new to paintball looks sick and just bought a tippmann 98 tariff and everytime i shoot it its in boltaction ( i need to pull the thing in the back back before i can bound it succesfully) does anybody know how to change it so its at best pop pop pop pop pop
