Left-handed remington 700 scope base?

I honourable bought a Left-handed Remington 700 CDL in a 7mm Rem Mag. Now I need to kit out it with a scope.

First, I need to choose a scope base, but I've never owned a tubesight before. I know I'd fancy a one-piece base, and I'd rather it be a standard/dual dovetail.

Good $100-$200 Rifle Scope

I basic a new scope for a Remington 700 chambered in .308. Conclusion something 4-12 x 40-50mm. I'm frustrating to keep this enterprise >$1000 totality so after other accessories, replacement parts and gunsmithing I'm pink with no more than $200 for optics for now. I've understand encomiastic things about Barska, except that they can be blurry around 300 yards, which makes me fumble. I'm tolerably new to optics/distance so cure is appreciated.
