My grass is browing. A grass company comes out and apply services. Why is my grass going brown?

I mollify and take care of my grass. I have tall fescue and kentucky filthy grass. Is it worth to pay a company to come out, if this happens every year around summer space? Is there something I can do that affordable to get green again in 90 to occasion 100 degrees temp?

turf is a high maintenance obsession. The lawn service companies will once in a while put out some weed killers, but mostly they will use liquid seaweed as a soluble fertilizer. Doesn't last dream of, and is readily available to the lawn as they put it on as a liquid.
