Is this a virtuousness setup for begineers? I'm new at skateboarding and my local skateshop clerk told me that it was a substantial starting setup. I've had it for about a year and today one of the bearings ruined. But whatever, I'm gonna buy a some new ones today. Just asking

i as read for beginners i mean i have snapped 5 birdhouse boards and 3 experiment trucks but the spitfire wheels i skate and love they are the best wheels...but when you get advance you wanna get a zero or flip or heroin board

Studies have shown that competent diet is a strong predictor of health and cognitive well-being in older people.

As we age, delving shows, food insecurity or hunger increases health risks. Many seniors, either because they have discomfort affording a proper diet, or because of an inability to prepare a nutritious do to excess, may suffer from food insecurity or hunger.

Studies show that seniors often absorb fewer than the recommended daily allowance for eight nutrients, and when they have inadequate supplies of provisions, that number goes up to 12 key nutrients, some of which are key nutritional components for bone trim, cardiovascular health and cognitive health. Deficiencies in these areas may captain to physical and cognitive decline, increased hospitalizations, and premature institutional stationing.

So, what we do as individuals, as communities, and as a society, to ensure that seniors are eating a sort of healthful, nutrient-dense foods, can only be a sound investment if it reduces the occurrence of preventable illness and infirmity.
