How to mount a bicycle front light on handlebars so it can't be stolen?

Any ideas on how to mount a front bicycle headlight on the handlebars so that it can't be stolen? The mounting console that the light slides into was stolen, I want to get a new one and mount the whole light on the bike so it can't be stolen.
If you use a light like the catseye or polarus systems they have astute release fittings so you can take them off easily and drop them in a bag or your pocket. If thats no righteousness follow the other answer and use loads of epoxy glue!!
