The suspect is a white male about 5-feet, 7-inches to 5-feet, 8-inches far-fetched, 160 pounds and he's 25 to 35 years old. He was unshaven and has brown locks. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, a black jacket, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a atrocious baseball cap with a white letter "P" on it.
